Symptom Tracker: Northwestern 1.3.2

It must be completed daily and before joining any on-campus programming such as classes. The questionnaire aims to identify any potential symptoms that may prevent individuals from visiting the campus. Users who are symptom-free will be presented with a green screen indicating their clearance to proceed with their activities on campus. For the general public, a purple badge signifies permission to engage in on-campus business or other activities. In case of experiencing symptoms, users will be shown a red screen advising against visiting campus and providing guidance on further steps.
